At Bahlko, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. To offer you peace of mind, we provide a 6-month warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects.
What is Covered by the Warranty?
The 6-month warranty covers defects in material or craftsmanship under normal use. If your jewelry item is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What is Not Covered by the Warranty?
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear: Scratches, tarnishing, discoloration, bending, or any damage caused by everyday use.
- Damage due to misuse: Accidental damage, including drops, bending, or exposure to harsh chemicals, water, or extreme conditions.
- Improper care: Damage caused by exposure to lotions, perfumes, or cleaning agents, or failure to follow the care instructions provided.
- Loss or theft of your jewelry.
- Repairs or modifications made by third parties not authorized by Bahlko.
How to Request a Warranty Claim
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect and is eligible for a warranty claim, please contact us at support@bahlko.com. Provide the following details:
- Order number and proof of purchase.
- Photographs of the defective item showing the issue.
Once we receive your warranty claim, our team will review the case and provide instructions for how to proceed with a return or exchange.
Repair and Replacement Process
- If your item can be repaired, we will arrange the necessary repairs at no cost to you.
- If the item cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a similar item of equal value or issue a store credit for the purchase price.
Warranty Duration
The warranty is valid for 6 months from the original date of purchase. After the warranty period ends, any repairs or replacements will be charged according to the cost of the repair or a replacement item.
