Where do we ship?

We currently offer shipping within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally, but we may expand to international shipping in the future.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the U.S.:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM (CST) or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
  • Express Shipping is available for an additional fee.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your order's size, weight, and destination.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your shipment. You can track your order on the carrier's website or through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

    Shipping Address

    Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. We are not responsible for any delays or lost items caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@bahlko.com. We'll do our best to accommodate any changes before your order is shipped.

    Lost or Damaged Items

    While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, Bahlko is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost packages, or damages that occur after your package has been shipped. If your item is damaged upon arrival or you experience issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly. You can also reach out to us at support@bahlko.com, and we will assist you with the claims process.

    Business Days

    Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days for shipping purposes.
