Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused, with all original tags attached.
  • In original packaging.
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bahlko.com. Provide your order number and details about the item you'd like to return.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@bahlko.com so we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order for the item you want. Once your return is processed and accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
